Overview
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons related to their nature. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., Gummies, herbs)
- Gift cards
- Health & personal care items (Shilajit, Hair care)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

- Contact your card provider (may take time to post)
- Contact your bank (delays are common)

Sale Items
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at contact@infinitybuy.ae, then send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift-giver first, the refund will go to the original buyer.

- Return shipping is at your own cost.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
- Use a trackable service or shipping insurance for high-value returns — we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
