Warranty Coverage
Duration:
All eligible products sold on InfinityBuy.ae are covered under a limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty period varies by product and is clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Product malfunctions under normal use
- Items received damaged or defective upon delivery
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Wear and tear from regular usage
- Water damage, accidental breakage, or loss
- Products not purchased from InfinityBuy.ae or its authorized resellers
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Email us at contact@infinitybuy.ae with your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation)
Once received, our support team will evaluate your claim and guide you on the next steps.
Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the defect and product condition, we may:
- Repair the item
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of the same (or equivalent) model
Shipping Costs
- Warranty claims approved within 7 days of delivery include free return shipping.
- For claims made after 7 days, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
Products marked as “clearance,” “as-is,” or “final sale” are not covered by this warranty policy.
Additional Information
- This warranty is valid only for purchases made on InfinityBuy.ae.
- It is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
- InfinityBuy reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
